Delivery

We offer Free Express Delivery on all UK mainland and NI orders above £400 / US orders above $500 USD / European orders above €500 Euros or an equivalent in your local currency for everywhere else.

On orders below £400 / $500 / €500 or your local currency equivalent, the cost of delivery is summarised here:

  • UK - £9.99, free on orders over £400
  • United States of America - $24.99, free on orders over $500
  • Europe - €24.99, free on orders over €500
  • Rest of World - your local currency equivalent shown at the checkout, free on orders over £500 / $500 / €500 or your local currency equivalent.

For international orders outside of the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, we use the Global-e service, meaning all delivery duties and taxes are generally included in the price you pay upfront and there will be nothing else to pay when receiving your order. Some countries will be presented with a breakdown of what these are and given the option of whether to pay them or not - this will be clearly communicated at the checkout.

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Returns

We hope you are very happy with your order. However, in the event that you would like to return or exchange your order, please follow the instructions below. Returns and exchanges are free, but must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.

For UK returns, please use the free DHL return label provided in your parcel.

For International returns (non-UK), please organise your free of charge return here via our partner Global-E.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in their original packaging. Any supplied hangers, suit bags, dust bags, boxes and accessories must also be returned as these are deemed as part of the product. If these are not returned, we will give you the option of returning them at your own cost or taking an amount out of any refund requested.

How to Return

Please fill out the returns form included with your order and place this inside the returning package. Reseal the package and stick the return label on the box.

If you would like to organise a free courier collection from an address of your choice, please visit the following site: DHL Courier Collection

Select your pickup country, then select 'No' to the 'Do you need to create a shipping label?' question. Then select 'I have a DHL Waybill Number' and enter the 10-digit 'WAYBILL' number shown on your printed DHL return label. You can then confirm or specify your collection address and choose your pickup day and time window.

Alternatively, if you prefer to drop your package off, you can find local DHL Service Points here: DHL Service Point Locator

Simply select your country, add your address and select the 'Send shipment' service option. Then select 'I have a DHL account or return shipment', followed by 'I have printed a DHL label'. You will then be shown local DHL Service Points where you can drop your package off. Remember to ask for a proof of receipt when you hand your package over.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shoes
Please return all items, including any dust bags and the box undamaged. When you try them on, stand on a clean, carpeted surface to protect the soles and ensure the items do not crease.

Socks
Please return socks with all of their packaging. Due to the personal nature of these, they must not be tried on. When returned the card rider must be attached and intact. 

Swimwear
Please try these on over your underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the product appears to have been worn.

Candles
Please note, candles are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Gift Cards
Please note, gift cards are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot refund physical or virtual gift cards.

Gift Boxes
Please note, our gift boxes are considered as part of our paid gift wrap service. We recommend keeping these as they will not be refunded if your order is returned either for exchange or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item/s. That way there is no delay in receiving your new order.

Alternatively, please make a note of the item/s and size you would like in exchange on the returns form that is included with your order. When we receive your returned order, we will process your exchange as a replacement order and notify you when it has been dispatched. Exchanges are sent to you free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Customer Care.

Please note, the original delivery charges are non-refundable. If duties or taxes have been paid at the checkout, we will refund these charges to you directly. However, if you have opted to pay any duties or taxes at your delivery destination/upon receipt of your order rather than at the checkout, these charges are non-refundable through Thom Sweeney. You may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local customs office but we are unable to assist with this process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
